VPX Sports Selects Object 9 as Mobile App Agency

May 10, 2012

ATLANTA, GA – Award-winning marketing agency Object 9 has been selected as the web and mobile app agency for VPX Sports, a leading global distributor of sports nutrition supplements and performance beverages.

The agency’s digital business unit, Object 9 Mobility, is creating a suite of mobile apps that enable fitness enthusiasts to monitor their progress toward health and nutrition goals, and take part in the company’s newest digital program, VIVO 360°, The Meltdown Metamorphosis.

“VPX prides itself on being cutting-edge,” said Lorenzo Daniel, VPX’s Digital Projects Lead. “Incorporating mobile app technology into our game plan is a natural fit for our active consumers and will maintain our status as leaders in the industry. We’re very pleased to have chosen Object 9 as our partner on this project; they’ve bought into our vision and helped us think through a strong, practical and economical approach to building and launching this program.”

“Our mobility unit is growing fast,” Lisi continued. “People are finally beginning to realize the real potential tablets and smart phones have for providing nimble, cost-effective business growth and management. Games are great, but only scratch the surface of what these products can do for business.” Object 9 Mobility and VPX are expected to launch the Diet and Fitness app in late summer 2012.
